Two and Three Owner Searches
Two and Three Owner Searches  are similar to the Current Owner Searches but for two owner searches, go back in search complete the two owners search. For three owner searches, go back in search and complete the three owners search.

Full Search is the complete search of the property starting the search from Developer Deed which includes:

Judgment/Lien Search

Lien Search is nothing but searching for the Judgments/Liens on the given name and listing them in a report.
20/30 Years Searches

Complete the search for 20 years or 30 years. We also provide the searches for the requested years as well.

Foreclosure Searches

It is similar to the O & E Report and retrieving all the Foreclosure Related documents in search recorded for the Mortgage which is going to be foreclosed.

Bringdown/Update Requests

Update Request is Updating the search starting from the previous effective date to the current effective date. It includes retrieving of all the recorded document later to the previous effective date and listing of it.

Document Retrieval

It is search wherein the requested document is retrieved. Ex. Deed, Mortgage, Assignment, Judgment, etc..

Loss Mitigation Report

An enhanced version of a Current Owner Search, designed to search as many owners needed in order to locate the subject mortgage. Our standard Mitigation Report includes the current owner's vesting, legal description of the property, conveyance of title for all owners since the subject mortgage, open mortgages, open judgments and other involuntary liens, and tax information.
